From March 27-29, we were graced with the opportunity to go on a weekend retreat in preparation for Holy Week here in Haiti. It was a graced time of solitude. We could hear the humming birds and the wind blowing through the palm trees.

We brought all who walk with us here in Haiti before the Lord. We remembered our kids and teens preparing for Baptism this Easter Vigil and all our people here in Haiti. And we prayed for peace in the world.

“When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we have done, but because of His mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior.” Titus 3:4-6
